TAI CHI- An ancient Chinese tradition that today is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. This class involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, and accompanied by deep breathing.

TABATA- A high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises. Each sequence is broken into eight 20/10 intervals (20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest). You will primarily be using your body weight for these exercises, with the option of adding light weights from time to time. The class will begin with a 5-minute warm up and end with a 5-minute cool down and stretch.

KICKBOXING- A stand-up combat sport derived from a combination of boxing, Muay Thai, and Karate. These fighting fundamentals are combined and set to music to create an awesome cardiovascular and strength workout. By learning the fundamentals of kickboxing, you’ll strengthen your core, define the deltoids and arms, while the kicks tone the hips, enhance your balance and tone the obliques without even needing to do a traditional crunch. Intrigued yet? If so, join us in a 30- minute beginning kickboxing class to find out if this could be the jumpstart to your fitness regimen.
