Punch cards may be purchased for individuals, families, or groups. Cards are valid one year from the purchase date and may be shared among friends, family, and other group members.

Care providers- $20 (NEW)

This punch card is for group care providers and is valid one year from the purchase date. It may be shared between other care providers in your group.

Families up to 4- $100/month

 (Each additional person- $22.50/month)

*Must be from the same household

Organizations up to 8- $180/month 

(Each additional person- $22.50/month) 

 Care providers for organizations $15/month

For individuals enrolled with DP, please see your CASE MANAGER to see if you qualify for a 10-punch card to SRC.
