Policies & Procedures

ALL visitors must comply with the following procedures. For the safety of our staff and participants:  If you have a fever or show severe signs and symptoms of being ill, entrance will be denied.
***If you are coughing, sneezing, drooling, or have a runny nose, please wear a mask while you are here at SRC***
  • You must sanitize your hands (or wash with soap and water) upon entry (sanitizer provided by SRC).
  • You must fill out a release waiver form and photo release waiver to be kept on file.
  • Please wipe down fitness equipment after use.
  • Parents/guardians are required to supervise their children and make sure they are aware of and follow all safety measures throughout the duration of the visit.
  • For groups, care providers are required to supervise their participants and make sure they are aware of and follow all safety measures throughout the duration of the visit.
  • If you are eating, you must wash and sanitize your hands before participating in any activities.
  • If you refuse to comply with any of the safety measures, you will be asked to leave

Participation Release Waivers

All participants at Sēb’s Recreation Center are required to have a completed release waiver on file. For your convenience, you may download and print the appropriate forms in advance and bring them with you to your visit.

Photo & Media Release

Sēb’s Recreation Center (SRC) occasionally captures photographs and video recordings to celebrate our community and highlight our programs. These images may appear on our website, inside the Center, in brochures, and in other marketing or informational materials.

Each participant—or their parent, guardian, or caregiver—will be asked to indicate whether they grant permission for SRC to use these images and recordings. Permission can be revoked at any time through a written request.
